The Team

The Insights & Analytics service line is a fast-growing, international team specialised in Healthcare. We partner with leading organisations across Biopharmaceuticals, Clinical Diagnostics, Medical Technology, and Healthcare-focused investment firms.

The quality of our consulting work is built on a deep understanding of the Healthcare markets that we serve. Our work spans strategic and commercial consulting projects, including market opportunity assessments, due diligence, market entry strategy, segmentation, portfolio analysis, product positioning, and competitive intelligence.

The I&A Team has successfully expanded over the past five years. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to international healthcare consulting projects while developing your career in a stimulating, collaborative and entrepreneurial environment.

Your role

Despite our international reach, we remain a human-sized and collaborative team, offering close exposure to leadership, meaningful responsibilities, and strong opportunities for growth and development.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Working to solve complex business problems and make recommendations to address them

• Collaborating in the fulfilment of consulting projects focused on international healthcare markets. This will require working closely with other consultants and project managers located in any of our global offices

• Frequent interaction with healthcare professionals to conduct primary research, with industry players as well as industry associations and national agencies

• Conducting secondary research across large sets of data and information

• Generating the analysis supporting the development of market models, financial models, economic impact models, as well as product adoption and usage models

• Developing client presentations with the project teams

• Participating in client meetings.

Your Profile

To be successful in the role, you will have at least 4 to 5 years' experience in the Healthcare industry or related professional services. Our operating language is English, so you are bilingual in German (minimum C2 level) and English.

But also:

• An advanced degree in a medical, scientific and/or business discipline (PhD, MD, Pharm.D, MBA)

• Experience in management consulting, healthcare marketing, product development, Market Access and/or clinical research, business intelligence, competitive intelligence market research

• Flexibility to work within growing, interdisciplinary teams, including working remotely across different time zones

• The ability to be self-motivated, to work conscientiously and to apply your intellectual curiosity effectively

• A European work permit.
